How To Unlock Padlock?
Your unit has been overlocked due to delinquency or other reasons. To remove padlock from unit, payment in full is required. Once paid in full, you will receive the code via text, to your cell phone # on file. Return padlock in drop box on site to avoid additional fees.
Pay Option #1
1. In box below, fill in the zip code for your location and then select your storage location
2. Type in your unit number.
3. Type in your gate code.
4. This will provide you with a link to Pay Now.
5. Once paid, you will receive a text message with the unlock code.

Pay Option #2
1. Click Download App above and once downloaded, type in the code seen above
2. Create an account using and email of your choosing, create a password, your unit # and your gate code.
3. You will then be able to pay using the app.
Don't see your storage location above? Click Find My Storage Location to locate your locations ID. You can then download the app to make payment.

1. Call our office to make a payment.
2. Once payment is made, you will be provided with the unlock code.
